Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Cravings Chunky Salsa
- 21 oz Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast – cut into chunks
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 15 oz can black beans – rinsed and drained
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- Tortilla chips – crushed
- Garnish with – Sour cream, chopped cilantro, avocado and jalapeno slices
Directions
- Combine and stir the first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 4 – 5 hours
- Stir in crushed tortilla chips and cheese to slow cooker
- Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes
- Serve with desired garnishes
