Easy Fish Tacos
Every day is Taco Tuesday if you just believe. Try these easy, tasty fish tacos for a 30-minute or less meal!
Taco Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fillets of tilapia or cod/haddock
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil to drizzle
- 8 6” flour or corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 sliced avocado
- 1 medium lime-wedged
- Garnish with Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style salsa, cilantro, sliced radishes, sliced jalapenos, matchstick carrots, crumbled queso fresco cheese and scallions
Rub
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Fish Taco Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoon sour cream
- 1/3 cup Fresh Cravings Restaurant Style salsa- Medium
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine all the fish taco sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour ½ the fish sauce onto shredded cabbage and toss lightly, set aside.
- Combine rub ingredients and rub into fish fillets. Place fish on parchment line pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until flaky and cooked
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Break fish into large chunks and divide between tortillas.
- Fill tortillas with shredded cabbage, fish, and desired garnishes.
- Drizzle with remaining fish sauce.
