Sausage and Egg Breakfast Bowls
Top these bad boys off with your favorite Fresh Cravings salsa!
Ingredients
- ½ lb lean turkey breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup refrigerated salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until done. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Whisk together eggs and pepper. Add eggs to same skillet. Cook, without stirring, over medium-high heat until beginning to set on bottom.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and set.
Divide eggs among 4 bowls. Top with sausage, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
